Our problem was minor but we still had trouble communicating with anyone managing the condo. We had no internet and each time we tried to find the network, it could not be located. I was about to text with someone who was part of the company but not local. They just asked me to unplug and plug in the router 3 times. When that didnât work, they said they would get someone locally!to contact usâŠ.no one ever did the whole 48 hours we were there.One TV worked because it was set to a different condoâs router and we couldnât get the other tv to work because we had no internet.
The room was very cute. It was very clean. Very welcoming. However, the bed needs rotate or replaced. You roll to the middle, its lumpy and not comfortable. The property has horrible lighting it is dark. The property has horrible signage. We had to get out of our car to figure out building numbers. Unless they individual owners had light up or reflective signage you could not tell the building and room numbers. This particular room 3302 is by the pool and metal triangle on top of the building, just to help the next people who stay.
Good property, very clean and comfortable. Wish there was more direction on where the building was and where to park, had a difficult time finding the unit.
It fit our needs. We werenât there except to sleep. The sofa bed had dirty sheets on it when I opened it upâčïžthere were clean sheets there so I changed them.
