A secluded 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath house located only 10 mins from Beech and Sugar Mountain Ski Slopes in the winter and lots of outdoor activities in the summer. Situated across from Eagles Nest Resort. The house is newly remodeled and fully furnished with 1 king and 2 double beds. Entertainment is high speed internet with access to 3 smart TV. A stocked river is at the end of the driveway for fishing. Banner Elk has a large variety of restaurants for any taste. We look forward to hosting you at our rental home.

*****Please be aware that the driveway is on a slope and hopefully you are coming for snow. You will need 4 wheel drive or at the very least front wheel drive with good tires. *****

The house is incredibly cozy and tucked up in a nice little nook in the woods. The owner put out firewood for us to use which we thoroughly enjoyed. It has a nice mudroom, which helped keep the house, clean from melted snow and dirt. The host was very communicative and helpful with our questions. We will absolutely try to stay here again next year!!!

The house was perfect for a small family while visiting the mountains to see snow! The antique wooden furniture brings tons of charm to the house! Owner was very easy to reach when we were having trouble finding the house due to the wrong house number being listed. (Owner has tried to get Vrbo to correct but they haven’t.)

Cozy house in private setting

Comfortable beds and couch, great location close to restaurants and skiing/snow tubing. Loved the fresh baked bread that was there when we arrived. Cute stream for fishing at the bottom of the driveway. We’ll be back thanks for a great weekend!

Family trip to see snow

The only downside was our stay was planning too short of a trip. We will definitely book this property again, but for a longer stay next time. It was a perfect location to town, and everything we had planned. The house itself was perfect, and the property was beautiful, with an amazing view from the front porch.

We originally booked our trip for September 27-29 Patricia was very helpful with suggestions for things we could check out in the area. We ended up having to reschedule due to the hurricane coming through, she was right on top of calling us to tell us it wasn’t safe we shouldn’t try to go and helping us reschedule our stay. throughout the whole process she’s been responsive and wonderful! Comfy and great location. Out of all the place I stayed the couch here was the best. Also lots of extra things you may or may not need. Even had dried fire wood to burn by the fire pit. The beds were good too. The homemade bread was yummy. Being close to town but feeling of secluded was peaceful and got to see deer each day was neat.
