This spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is ideally situated at the base of Sugar Mountain, conveniently close to the public golf course and tennis courts. As an upper-level unit, it offers a serene wooded view.

The main level features an inviting open-concept living area adorned with exposed beams that enhance its rustic charm. Ample seating is available in front of the stone gas fireplace and large-screen television, complemented by a wet bar for added enjoyment. The remodeled kitchen boasts black stainless steel appliances and elegant stone countertops. This level also includes a laundry area, two well-appointed bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a queen), and a full bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with its own television and vanity area, while the full bath includes a shower-tub combination.

A spiral staircase leads to the second floor, which houses two additional bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds) and another full bathroom featuring a shower-tub combination. The king bedroom is furnished with its own television and ceiling fan, while the twin room is ideally sized for children.
