I am giving 5 stars because we enjoyed our time in this quaint little home in the mountains. It was cozy, well appointed and made for a nice quiet stay for our family. The price was pretty reasonable compared to other rentals in the area and it felt like staying in the home of a friend.
My only caveat is that I would not recommend this home as a rental in winter for anyone traveling with elderly family or those with mobility issues. The condo is on the ground floor but you must cross over a wooden bridge that ices over and is very slippery in order to get to the unit. If we had been with my elderly mother, I would have been concerned for her safety navigating the bridge and stairs. In warmer months, I donât imagine it would be an issue but while we were there, we had to be careful not to fall when crossing it.
That being said, great visit, great communication and a great way to spend our Thanksgiving holiday!
