Spacious duplex apartment in a small 2 apartment building located in the 'Old Banylus'.
Its 4 bedrooms, vast living room with open plan kitchen, Its 4 bedrooms, 3 terraces, of which 2 are south facing with panoramic view of the Banylus bay and its complete equipment will allow you to enjoy your stay as comfortable as possible.
3 bedrooms have a double 200x 160 bed or 2 200 x 80 single beds. The fourth bedroom has 2 190x90 single beds. All bedrooms have much storage space. In summer days, the air-conditioning will allow you to sleep comfortably.
Every storey has a shower room with Italian shower and separate WC.
The kitchen and the living room have direct access to the main terrace, where you will find a large table for 12 persons and a BBQ.
The apartment is equipped with Internet access DVD player and a HI Fi Player.
Sheets, bath towels and cleaning are included. The apartment should be left clean and tidy.
Everything is accessible by foot, less than 500 m away (the village, shops, beaches, etc.) a large garage will allow you to forget about parking problems.

Breathtaking views

This property was beautiful! The views from all the balconies was breathtaking and the location was perfect for us. Lots of uphill walking so keep that in mind when booking. Need to be in good shape to walk up and down every day. The weather was good and we had an unforgettable time in the town of Banyuls. Thanks Krystelle for your hospitality!

Wonderful spring break

Un lieu magique. A magical place

Nous n’aurions pas trouver mieux: beaucoup d’espace, des vues incroyables, très bien agencé avec tout ce qu’il faut! Nous avons beaucoup aimé. We couldn’t have found better: tons of space, very tasteful, amazing views, very well organized with everything one needs. We loved it!

Steep hills

We found that the walk to the beach and town was a bit too difficult for people our age -70. Down hill was OK but the hike back was not. There are no taxi's available either.

Good apartment

We liked the flat so much that we'd like to come again. It is very well-equipped, furnished and comfortable. Only issue was with the DVD player but Krystelle was very proactive in resolving the problem. Also maybe the place could have been a little bit cleaner on arrival? I wouldn't call the flat "new"; more like about 12-14 years old, but certainly modern. However we liked our accommodation very much and were very grateful to Krystelle for her positivity, attentiveness and kindness. Apartment has a very good location and view. Really liked Banyuls-sur-mer, which for us is very accessible.

Fabulous location. Fantastic view of a beautiful and lively town. Spacious and comfortable.

Because of this wonderful property, we were able to discover the gem of Banyuls-sur-Mer. We loved being situated in the hill above the old part of town. The view from the main terrace was fantastic, and we loved walking into town to enjoy the beach, shop at the local markets, dine out and enjoy the live music happening every night. The location was a great base to venture to Collioure, Figueres, Carcassonne and Céret. We also had fun snorkeling at nearby Sentier-sous-Marin. The condo was great for our family of six - spacious and comfortable with all of the modern amenities.

Practically perfect!

Just returned from two fabulous weeks at the apartment. We had high expectations about the apartment from the website and we were not disappointed. It certainly has the "wow" factor, particularly the views. Krystelle was really welcoming and provided some useful tips on places to go, even though we have been to Banyuls before. The only negative - the apartment does not belong to us!

Excellent séjour ! Appartement vraiment agréable et confortable

Ce vaste appartement est tout simplement magnifique : avec sa vue ouverte sur Banyuls et les montagnes, sa grande terrasse, son salon parfaitement adapté à un groupe de 8 personnes. Tolle Apartment - Toller Blick - Leider mit Kommunikationsproblemen

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, sauber, groß und mit tollem Blick von der Terrasse auf Banyusl-sur-Mer und das Mittelmeer. Die Betten sind bequem und das Apartment ist mittels Fahrstuhl sehr gut erreichbar. Die Garage ist groß und auch für größere Fahrzeuge nutzbar. Die Lage mitten im Ort ist sehr gut, trotzdem ist es ruhig und man kann seinen Aufenthalt genießen. Abzüge gibt es aber auf Grund der Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin. Im Inserat ist u.a. "English" als Sprache angegeben. Eine Kommunikation in English war aber leider nicht möglich, da die Verwalterin kein English spricht. Gleichfalls wurde der Check in unerwartet auf 16:30 verschoben, d.h. wir haben 30 Minuten vor der Tür gewartet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer lief dann deutlich besser.

Tolle Unterkunft, entsprach der Beschreibung und hat alle Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Sehr schöne Lage und Aussicht, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Kiesstrand mit kleinen und mittleren Kieselsteinen: angenehm zum sitzen. Schöne Zimmer für 8 Personen, große Terrassen, die Küche hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Praktischer E-Grill, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Wäscheleinen und -klammern, große Garage und Aufzug in beide Ebenen. Vielen Dank! Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Tolles Apartment

Das Apartment ist noch besser, als im Inserat beschriebn. Es ist sehr groß und hat tolle Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer. Banyuls ist nicht sehr groß und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Der check-in war flexibel und verlief tadellos. Sehr zu empfehlen.
