Large T2 duplex (55m2 + 20m2 in mezzanine). Refurbished in 2009 while preserving all the charm of the old: exposed beams and stones. You will have a high level of comfort: complete and new household appliances, air conditioning, internet, intercom, new and luxury bedding (2 beds in 160).

The apartment has a closed bedroom and a large living room-kitchen + bathroom-WC, as well as in the mezzanine, an open bedroom and an office area.

Exceptional location on the seafront and in the town center: sea view with balcony, beach 20 meters away, close to all shops. The car is no longer necessary during your vacation!

Banyuls is a small family seaside resort, ideal for swimming and water activities (diving, sailing ..). Many mountain walks on foot or by bike. Numerous cellar visits. Near Spain, Collioure (picturesque village). SNCF access and bus station on foot.

Vacances à Banyuls

C'est la 2eme fois que nous avons la chance de séjourner dans cet appartement très bien situé à Banyuls. Très confortable, proche de la plage et des commerces. L'accueil est très sympathique. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir passer nos vacances.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé

Nuisances sonores importantes

A fuir, sauf si vous appréciez les réveils à 4H30 du matin pendant vos vacances. L’appartement est situé au-dessus d’un collecteur d’ordures ménagères. Trois camions grues se succèdent entre 4h30 et 6h30 un jour sur deux pour vider les conteneurs : ménager, puis recyclable et enfin le verre (l’apothéose !). La propriétaire nie le problème et répond qu’il est normal d’avoir un peu de bruit quand on est en front de mer ( ! ). « A part ça », rien à redire sur la qualité de l’appartement.

Appartement bien équipé et bien situé (très belle vue et proximité tous commerces) mais prévoir que la chambre sur la mezzanine a un plafond très bas (sauf pour des enfants en bas âge). La fenêtre à l'étage mériterait un rideau roulant occultant la lumière.

L’appartement est très très propre avec de belles prestations, la clim est plus qu’appréciable. Les chambres sont grandes. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait. Je recommande cet appartement à tous.

Es war super! Jederzeit wieder!

Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Grande Plage, man muss nur über die Straße. Deswegen ist es nachts auch nicht immer ruhig. Ist aber kein großes Problem. Restaurants, Läden, Bars und der Markt (Donnerstag und Sonntag) sind in kurzer Entfernung problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Ein- und Ausladen kann man kurz vor dem Haus parken. Der Parkplatz für das Auto ist am Bahnhof ca. 600 m weit weg und auch ohne Probleme erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geräumig (wir waren 2 Personen) und sehr nett eingerichtet. Das Bad ist ebenfalls geräumig, die Dusche funktioniert sehr gut. Sehr schöne Deko, Bilder von einem Maler aus Banyuls. Die Elektrogeräte funktionieren sehr gut. Es gibt auch gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen. Ein Highlight ist auch der (kleine) Balkon, auf dem man die Badesachen abtropfen lassen kann, aber auch abends noch ein gemütliches Gläschen Wein genießen kann.. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel war problemlos. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder! Es war super!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement parfaitement équipé, lumineux, calme où l'on se sent vraiment bien. Très pratique pour la baignade du matin sur la plage centrale et à proximité de tous les commerces du centre ville. La climatisation dans tous l'appartement est un bienfait important. Nous étions deux adultes et deux ados; l'appartement est idéal pour cette configuration. Nous vous conseillons d'y venir car ici le locataire est respecté. Merci beaucoup. Raynad PINSARD

Même si la perfection n'est pas de ce monde, on s'en approche avec cet appartement : très bonne situation, vue exceptionnelle sur plage, décor, équipement complet... Idéal pour un couple avec 2...max 4 enfants (ni trop grands ni trop petits vu les dimensions de la mezzanine et la raideur de l'escalier).... Le revers de la médaille : si on profite du balcon, on est aussi soumis aux bruits du trafic des heures de pointe et de la vie urbaine. Un détail : n'était-il pas possible d'inverser le sens d'ouverture du frigo ? Excellent contact et accueil par Mme Valérie Chasles. C'était notre quatrième séjour à Banyuls, et si possible, on reviendra ici !
