The host was very interactive and tried to help us as much as possible but there was no hot water or pressure in the shower. No laundry soap or dryer sheets for laundry. Other than that everything else seemed to be fine.

Perfect little spot for my dog and me! Cozy, quiet, close to Acadia and Bar Harbor yet far enough away that we weren’t in the hustle and bustle of other summer visitors.

Had a great stay at the nook! Prime location, 10 minutes to Bar Harbor and Acadia. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. It has a nice outdoor space that our pup was able to run around in. The only downside was a "busy" road nearby that made it seem a little less secluded, but we would stay there again

Exactly as advertised and super convenient to bar harbor!

We had a comfortable, quiet stay at the nook. It was what my wife and our dog needed, just far enough away from the bustle of the main town but close enough to hop in and out as we pleased. The place is cozy and comfortable, and check in and out process was smooth and easy. Would stay again 👍

Good location

Overall, this was a good place to stay if you wanting a quick and easy place while visiting Bar Harbor and Acadia. Would recommend painting lines for parking spots. There were many times it was a tight squeeze to fit in the allotted parking spot due to others.

Perfect Home Base

We were looking for a perfect location, close to all the typical hikes and also near the city. The "Nook" provided that and much more. We were about 15 minutes from town, the loop road and Cadillac Mt Summit road. We were not at the house much, but it was such a cute well laid out place. A great little deck to sit out on and enjoy the meteor showers also. The only complaint we did have was the bed was so noisy, every time you tried to roll over the thing squeaked up a storm lol. But from all the hiking we were able to sleep anyways. Highly recommend staying here!!

Perfect for 2 and a pup!

The Nook is a lovely little apartment and the pictures on VRBO depict it accurately! Great location/proximity to Hulls Cove Park entrance and downtown Bar Harbor. Quiet, clean, nice deck and fire ring. The shower is small as described by others. Otherwise the space is perfect for 2 people. I recommend this property!

Spacious house for a couple (and a dog) in close proximity to Bar Harbor and Acadia NP. Nicely updated, clean, and well stocked with all the basics! Owner was great to communicate with. Proximity to Route 3 made it a bit noisy.

Excellent property with caveat

Very nice and convenient location. Impeccably clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, as well as access to shared laundry including detergent. My only caveat is that the bed is extremely uncomfortable, and very noisy with even the smallest movement. I reported this to the owner and can only hope it will be addressed, in which case, I would happily stay there again.

The Nook

Very clean , comfortable place for two. The kitchen is tiny but equipped with all the basics you need. The view from the deck is of a pretty busy road and beyond that you see a bit of the pond. The area/neighborhood is very nice. The AC is great. There are a few nice lobster restaurants nearby without even having to drive into Bar Harbor and it's easy access to the park (which is fabulous). The shower is very tiny- if you are a large person you may be uncomfortable.

Clean and quiet stay

Nice little cabin with a parking spot. 10 minutes away from Bar Harbor and Acadia Hull Cove Entrance. Property manager was very responsive and quick to resolve a problem we had with the heater. Good spot for everything we needed for a relaxing week
