Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was above average. Bed was horrible. It was extremely hard and squeaked loudly any time you sat down, got up, or rolled over.

New favorite hotel

1st time staying at the AVID while visiting the Dells for tournament and a much needed mini Vacay. The hotel by far is the cleanest I’ve stayed at in the Dells and the staff was very attentive to making sure all guests had a comfortable stay!

This hotel is in the parking lot adjacent to the Kalahari resort. It is located conventiently next to 4 fast food restaruants. It is walking distance to Tom Foolery's inside the Kalahari. We stayed when we had a convention and knew we would not be using all the amentites of the neighboring hotel. This hotel was clean and provided us with a place to sleep when we were not at the convention next door.
