It did take far too long to check in. 4 persons in line & it was going very slow. Stood there for 10 minutes before it was my turn to check in. Checking out was very quick & efficient though.

The hotel was in new condition. The 4th floor even smelled new. We were there for a dance competition at The Kalahari. It was a perfect hotel for that. There is no pool, but we didn’t have time to swim. The bed was super comfy, which was perfect, since we were exhausted. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The room was not big at all, but we weren’t there for very long, so that didn’t really matter. We checked out the rooftop patio, and that could definitely be enjoyable on a warm summer night.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was top-notch: the cleanliness was impeccable, the atmosphere was serene, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. What truly made my experience unforgettable, though, was the incredible hospitality, especially from Olamide at the front desk. She was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. It’s rare to come across such genuine care and service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place.

Very large tv in the room. Room was very clean, and bed was comfortable. The floor of the shower was a little slippery and could use some saftey tape, but we enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.

The room air was very loud and wasn’t working properly. when I called the front desk they just told me to unplug it and she would have someone look at it in the morning. So we just woke up freezing. Not a very good way to wake up
