The only thing was the restaurant. They brought out a pizza that they had microwaved still in the box from the company and served it on our table.

Hotel delivered what we expected. Room was clean, reasonably priced for a one night stay, airport shuttle service ran on time, offered shower and changing facilities if room is not ready, and food at the restaurant was decent. A few considerations, the bed was hard as a rock, and overall the hotel is dark with subdued lighting including in the room (perhaps on purpose?). There is nothing around the hotel, it is located in a business/industrial area. Metro station is a 10 min walk, which did not bother us at all and we felt safe as there is a massive Amazon distribution center along the way.

We had dinner and the dinner was awful. Whatever we order. It wasn’t good. They need to replace the chef for the hotel. you were at the restaurant downstairs.

Room was nice, clean and roomy. Staff was nice,professional and welcoming. The only thing that we didn't like was the bathroom, the shower was build poorly, the design was terrible, everytimewhen we took showers the water spilled under the door making a huge mess, we had to use towels to try to containt the water going all over the bathroom floor. We complained about it, but they told us that there weren't able to do anything about it because the bathroom eas designed that way, and we have to contain the water asking for extra towels.

Staff was excellent. Hotel venue is great but needs some refinement to make minor repairs. Restaurant is beautiful with nice staff but the food is terrible. Would not stay here again due to quality of the food.
