We stayed here after our flight back to Canada was delayed by 24 hours. Don’t expect to do anything touristy when staying here but it allowed us to relax. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are beautiful.

the staff were argumentative and lacked communication skills. the elevator was in very bad shape. dinner at restaurant was not open until 8:00 pm. the free shuttle pick up at airport did not start until 6:15 pm. the room was extremely hot upon arrival. I was not told nor given a separate key that apparently was necessary to place in a wall connection to turn on the ac and lights.

Great customer service. Breakfast was excellent, the best feom all the other hotels we stayed during this vacation. Room was cleaned, small. Location was great, near the airport, shuttle included but need morw information regarding the location of thw shuttle and the name aa it goes by the local rather than the chain name BW.

Bad location for tourists. Too far to the town and all activities. We had to take the taxi, uber or the bus ( for more than one hour ) to get to La Rembla, Plaza Catuniya… to have the fun things or just to get food. One of the employees who works in the morning shift is not very friendly. The shuttle won’t pick you up if you came from 10:45 am to 6pm. We get out of the airport at 12pm and had to take $ 45 euros taxi to get to the hotel. The room is clean but small. Around the hotel is the whole sale market and nothing for tourists to see and do. Never come back!!!

Location Location!! This airport hotel has a dependable shuttle to/from the airport. It also is clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. Because it is close to the airport there is no shopping or outside restaurants but both the restaurant and the breakfast buffet were very good. An added bonus was the indoor swimming pool. I would recommend this hotel.

The property was ok, but the shuttle only runs early in the morning and after 6pm. I chose this property because they offered the shuttle. My flight was at 12 pm, and the hotel said they could not help with the shuttle. Then maybe be more specific in the description if the shuttle is not available for the full day.

Total Bait and Switch: I really liked the hotel until I asked about the "free airport shuttle" and then sucked. The shuttle stops running from 10:30am to 6:00pm so what is the point? Then when I was forced to get an Uber, I expected it to about $10 bucks but no....it was $28Euro about $35 to get to the airport. This "airport" hotel was 15 minutes from the airport. Like everything in Spain, it was a bait and switch. Other than that, the hotel was very nice.

Nice hotel with shuttle to the airport and one night stay. Not much around the area to find food except the bar or restaurant in the hotel which wasn’t bad.
