Very central at the base is f gothic district the most magical area of Barcelona. Highly recommend. Only issue was limit on water. But tap water is ok to drink

This hotel is in an awesome location, safe and well kept. The hotel staff is amazing and accommodating. The room is large, just lacks storage. The hotel has a rooftop pool, has loungers and a bar. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a property that is very quiet yet in a central area of the historic and shopping areas. Staff go out of their way to help you. Nice pool area. Wonderful breakfast.

Pablo & the entire reception team were very pleasant , friendly and welcoming; we were impressed by their enthusiasm, readiness and willingness to help us and provided information to our every need. The location was very walkable to many parts of the city. There were plenty of restaurants in the area. Elsa one of the staff members running the front desk, was very helpful providing dinner options on 3 different nights. Each recommendation was excellent proving different types of choices.

Outstanding hotel in the heart of the Gothic Quart

The hotel is centrally located in the Gothic Quarter, so it’s easy to get where you want to go in Barcelona. The front desk staff were outstanding- so friendly and helpful. Several mornings we needed a taxi at 6:30 or 7:30 and the front desk person set it up the night before without any issues. They were also super helpful in giving directions and recommendations for restaurants nearby. The housekeeping staff were also outstanding and friendly. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel because it was €24 per person and that would have been almost €100 for our family each day. I assume it was good, but couldn’t imagine it being that good. We really enjoyed our stay at Catalonia Cathedral Hotel and highly recommend it!
