The apartment is close to La Sagrada Familia and the metro. It is very outdated and a bit run down. The headboards are just particle board that is unpainted. Our it was spacious. The level one apartment is really the 3rd floor.
The property is on a busy street yet one would enjoy standing in the patio and having a nice coffee. If you prefer to sit down, there are cafes right downstairs.
There are other eateries and shops downstairs and I was able to get a sim card easily using my passport.
WRT the kitchen - I was not able to get the stove to light up.... the communication with the management was slow and not very helpful. They were not rude or anything like that but felt just too slow and clueless.
