Overall no glaring issues with the stay however there are a few things they can focus on to make this exceptional: staff need to make guests feel more welcoming; the spa needs a refurbishment and consider having children free times especially if you’re limiting the time when the spa is open. There have renovated all if the rooms since I came here last year which was a pleasant surprise as I feel it's an up-grade to what was already lovely rooms.
