We chose a basic room with twin beds. Cheapest bc we were planning a long trip. This hotel was probably built a couple hundred years ago. The room was large, with NO windows, only two air vents. However, the beds were SO COMFORTABLE!!!! And two doubles, too. Rainhead shower about 6.5' tall. Great location. Right by San Antonio market and 3 blocks from Hop On/Hop Off Bus stop. 2 blocks to airport shuttle. Restaurant attached was delicious. Highly recommend.

This was OK for an overnight stay on our way out of Barcelona. I liked the location and neighborhood. This probably was a very nice hotel at some point, but seems to have been neglected and needs a refresh. There was mold in the bathroom and other areas where a fresh coat of paint would be needed. For the price I would have expected more. The bed was comfortable though … strange TV set up behind mirrored glass.

Very unique hotel with character. Didn't like the neighbor smoking on the balcony and flicking his cigarette ashes onto mine, as well as him thinking it was ok to disturb guests with his loud conversation at 3:00 a.m., with his friend on the balcony. It's an older hotel and not sound proof so the hotel policy should be updated to support guests with being polite.
