Our stay at Ohla Barcelona was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully modern, spotless, and perfectly located, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. A special thank you to Natalia, our room attendant, who went above and beyond every single day. She kept our room immaculate, organized, and welcoming throughout our stay. It truly made a difference coming back to such a clean and comfortable space after exploring the city. Every staff member we encountered was warm and genuine. Being greeted with a friendly smile each time we entered made us feel right at home. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience and made our stay memorable. The staff at the hotel are exceptional. They are very welcoming and very helpful. The room was wonderful. There are many restaurants nearby and shopping is abundant. My daughter was studying for exam an the WiFi was good. I felt like I was at home.

This was a lovely hotel conveniently located in the Gothic Quarter. The building was very attractive and the staff were excellent. They went out of their way to assist us. Two minor complaints: the lights in our room were tricky to opperate and the toilet did not work well. It took several flushes to get a small amount of paper down. All in all, this was an excellent choice.

This boutique hotel should not have 5 stars. Its junior suite was mediocre… the toilet wreaked and the shower doors don’t close properly so you end up with pools of water outside the shower… The overall service was poor… with the exception of a couple people with whom we interacted with, the staff were not really knowledgeable or pleasant. There were non stop disturbances throughout the night… roadworks, cleaning, people talking loudly… and if that was not enough we got a spam call to the room around 11pm! The breakfast was disappointing. If you expect service or quality of high a caliber this hotel is not for you!
