The property is centrally located to all the shopping, restaurants and other food options. The bathroom enclosure can be be improved as the bathroom floor and toilet are getting wet when showering. Bath towels can be changed to new ones as they were not fluffy and looking old already. All the staff were very helpful though

Great staff. That’s the best thing here. Everyone makes you feel good. Clean and safe. But the AC doesn’t work. So windows open. And it’s the noisiest place I’ve ever stayed. I wouldn’t recommend unless AC was working.

Overall Petit Palace La Boqueria was in a very central location of Las Ramblas. The location was conveniently close to the Gothic quarter and also any other location with a 40 minute- 1 hour walk bringing you to just about anywhere we wanted to go. The hotel itself was a great option if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel in Barcelona. It was clean, safe with the key entry at the front door, and the breakfast provided the best variety we saw across three different cities in Spain. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. One mention I do want to make is it is not directly accessible by taxi. Upon arriving to Barcelona, we did have to walk with our bags just down an alleyway to the entrance of the hotel. At night that alley was very noisy, but that is to be expected in any major city. I do appreciate the cleanliness, roominess, and help that the hotel provided.
