Although the hotel was a little old, we had the room with a large balcony that faced a beautiful church. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was great, and you can’t beat the location.

This hotel is an excellent location on the main road and well situation near subway station. It was very well maintained and the room comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was great and well tended. Only wish the buffet started earlier than 8am. A packaged breakfast is available by request if you need.

Great location! Our group of 32 had finished a cruise and walked 15 min to the hotel from the location the cruise shittle dropped us off (World Trade Center). Clean & pleasant rooms rooms, and some with beautiful views of the city. They need to make a copy of each person's passport who will be staying there, so allow time for that. The staff was helpful and kind.

Nice hotel, great location, helpful staff. Beautiful patio overlooking the roof of the Palau Guell; stunning and unique! Checking was very slow, there was a long queue, so it took about an hour. Otherwise, fantastic!
