Hotel is full of trash. Offered no room service. Some of the staff was nice and some extremely rude as they didn’t want to be there. No drinks or food in the room, no stocked bar or snacks. Nothing. I had to get an ear full For asking for ice. No room service. Location is okay it’s off the rambles which Is nice if you’re a teenager looking to party and do drugs but if you’re a family. This is not a place for you. I

Great location and hotel.

Stayed here for one night when we got back to Barcelona and our flight was the next morning. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Nice view overlooking La Rambla. There were bars and restaurants within easy waking distance and the ride to the airport was only about 25 min on Sunday morning.

Check in process was easy- Lily was an amazing Guest Representative. The staff was always very lovely and very helpful- the hotel is perfect location for persons who like to walk - it was close to the Food Market and the main shopping areas- also good access to the public transportation
