Charming, bright and quiet apartment in the heart of Modernist Barcelona.

This apartment, located on Enrique Granados street, is on the 7th floor with elevator.

The space
This is a cozy and quiet apartment, with open, bright space and comfortable and modern furniture. It has a small balcony overlooking a typical Eixample courtyard where you can enjoy a little sun in the morning and a drink in the evening quiet.

It has three bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a single bed. In the other two bedrooms there is a double bed in each one. The apartment has a spacious living room, a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Clean linen and towels are provided and there is free Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine and central heating.

Location.

This charming apartment is located in the Eixample, just a few minutes walk from Rambla Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia, which has many modernist buildings, such as Casa Mila, Casa Batllo, La Pedrera. In addition, the neighborhood, and the street, is home to many restaurants - both local, classic Catalan/Spanish food, as well as food from around the world.

Enrique Granados, the street on which the apartment is located, is a special street. It is named after the local pianist and composer Enrique Granados. It is almost pedestrian and has a classic modernist feel. It is quiet and residential. There are vermuterías, cafes, fashion stores, art galleries and much more.

Please be quiet after 10 pm ,on the floor and in the staircase .Also no shouting down the staircase.

The location of the property was excellent, very central, close to nice restaurants and all the tourist attractions. The property itself was well equipped and great for a short stay

Immersive Stay

Nice and cozy 7th floor apartment with an elevator. Right in the middle of everything. Clean linen, towels, dishes. Iron, hair dryer and even extra travel adapters were available. Used the washing machine for intimate items since I had a long stay. Easy to navigate to mass transit but the walk to Diagonal and to see Gaudi architecture was also a breeze. So many coffee shops and restaurants didn't have to travel far for food or cocktails. This was a great location.

L'appartement est très bien placé, métro et bus a proximité, beaucoup de monuments peuvent se faire à pied, 10 à 20 minutes de marche. L'appartement en lui même est confortable dans un quartier tranquille. Le propriétaire est très avenant, nous avons eu pas mal de conseil sur les commerces et restaurants alentour Je recommande cette location pour visiter la très belle ville de Barcelone Rémy
