We had a decent stay. We originally could not get into the house via keypad and there was no service so we had to drive 15 minutes into town to call the property manager to reset the code to get in. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it and there was an infestation of lady bugs on the ceiling in the living room. The downstairs shower water also gets extremely hot randomly while showering which was very painful. I donât know if I would stay here again but it was doable for a last minute booking.
The location of this old schoolhouse is beautiful, and landscaping around the house is well done. My family enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Though furnishings and appliances were not perfect or top of the line, they were functional and adequate. We were not able to get the pin pad door lock or house key to work when we arrived and luckily one of the owners was able to let us in. The next day we were able to get the pin pad to reset and it worked well for the remainder of our stay. When we arrived, there were dishes in the dishwasher and were not clean. We found a couple dishes on the shelf that were not clean as well. We also found wet towels in the washing machine that had obviously been there for a while.Even with the above mentioned concerns, our overall stay was comfortable and pleasant.
