The staff are what make this hotel great. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and I'm great shape because of them. Both pools were amazing. The included breakfast had many different options every day and the hotel bar/restaurant had great food as well. Definitely get the ceviche pulpo Paul. It was one of the best ceviches that I've ever had. Plenty of shopping, great restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance. I stayed for 7 days. I will stay again very soon.

We had stayed at this hotel before, we had a wonderful suite with a kitchenette. This time there was no kitchenette and no light at all in the living room, no lamp or no overhead light. We were very disappointed and I hav already booked for two weeks in December but I don’t wish to pay to stay under the same conditions. The pool is great and the staff is friendly which is why we booked again but the room, itself was bit the same quality as the last time we stayed.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the hotel itself is in serious need of renovations. The AC units in the room appeared to be over a decade old and didn’t work efficiently. The entire building feels outdated, with the exterior resembling a rundown motel—there was even trash visible on the street. The elevators are extremely old, and the Wi-Fi connection was very weak and unreliable.

the hotel was empty, room was horrible noise all night. coming from the central A/C unit. breakfast food looks nasty and few fruits also not look fresh. staff unfriendly, very bad actitudes. when we check in a lady from cleaning department was talking with the receptionist. and she asked my husband why he doesn't smile at her. after one long night no sleep at all, we decided to move to another hotel. because they don't help us . unfortunately my reservation was for 3 nights. and i requested a refund because we stayed only one night. i have a print out receipt. i hope expedia can help me with this issue . very bad hoyel
