The room was way too cold. If you're not goung to allow guests to adjust the thermostat then it shouldn't take 3 attempts to get staff to adjust it. The room finally started warmung up after my third time asking for assistance.
I accidentally made the reservation for the day before we needed the room. We had been traveling for a week. I called the hotel to see if they could work with us and move our reservation. They would not help and would nor issue a partial refund. Their customer service is AWFUL!
Cleanest of all the hotels we stayed in on our trip. Even though there is a typically loud casino on the ground floor, as soon as you step through the sliding glass doors to the hotel it is incredibly quiet. Everything about the room was great. The only one thing that was a problem was our cell phones had no coverage. This was a lovely hotel out and away from the rush of the city that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay when in the Bartlesville area
