The front desk staff was quitw responsive but the rooms show real signs of needong uegent repair due to sea blast rusting. Many of the fixtures used are not suited for that kind of environment and location. Makes a relatively yoing property look dated

The staff were super friendly but the hotel overall was unorganized.I arrived at 3, didn’t get a room until 5. This is after awaking at 3am that day to travel. Not ok. There were people waiting ahead of me losing their minds.At the bar, the staff were fighting each other. I asked for water in my room and never received the one day. I believe the overall problem was lack of training and proper leadership. The employees were trying their best. You could see this.

Restaurant staff were great- service was pretty slow but the staff were very nice. First few days went well until our fourth day when the smoke alarm kept going off, our bathroom wall started leaking water all the way out to the hallway and we came back to our room that night to find a large cockroach on the floor. Requested to speak to a manager about these issues- don’t expect to find help from upper management if you have an issue. They’ll tell you that they’ll “get back to you probably tomorrow”.

Excellent rooms, clean and modern. Plenty of American plugs and usb charging. Beach was pretty but too much seaweed and waves to go in. Pool was great though. We only stayed 2 nights and that was just enough. Restaurant had excellent food but service was hit or miss. Some were great some were horriffically slow and not good at clearing table or even menus just overall half the servers we had did not seem like they cared or wanted to be there and just mopped around. I would stay again for a night if needed but had a much better experience and time on Nevis at our hotel there.
