Very run down facility. Tv didn’t work, shower didn’t work and staff didn’t care. I asked for my money back and they wouldn’t answer me. Very unprofessional!!

This property was dirty, smelled bad, some rooms were redone but the halls and common areas were run down, and none of the elevators had worked in a long time as the signage was old and tattered. Had to walk up 4 flights.

No internet connection after several attempts are no avail. No ice bucket and have to ask staff for a bag of ice. Overall, bed is clean and quiet areas which are helpful for a good night sleep. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Old, smelly, dangerous!

Took 15 mins to check in because there was no way to alert someone I was at the front desk. The pool and water park is only open a few hours Saturday and even less hours Sunday and that’s all, we weren’t able to use them at all. Hotel room smelled badly of body odor. Ceilings were cracked and caving in. Arcade had maybe 3 games that actually worked. Anyone can walk into the hotel using the side doors, so there were many homeless looking people in the hotel and sleeping under the stairs. Glass was broken on outside doors, very dangerous. Fire alarm was barely on the wall in the room. The only nice part was the kindness of the maids and the vending machines. Literally a terrible disappointment all the way around, I will never go back. And I most definitely will never recommend.

The hotel room was not clean. There was makup on my pillows. The toilet didnt work, at least they changed our room. The 2nd room was much better and i cam tell it was actually cleaned.

Waterpark is only open for limited hours on Saturday and Sunday. Glass doors were shattered. Building inside and outside are disgusting. Instantly checked out and asked for a refund due to the unsafe conditions for my family.
