Great service!

This is the second time I’ve brought my tour groups here and stayed at this hotel near the Batman airport. The place is always clean and the staff was so helpful as I had made a mistake in my reservation. Nurşen and Serhat at the front desk took care of us and even upgraded our rooms for free. Thank you! We will always remember your smiling faces and excellent service!
The tomato soup at the hotel restaurant was so good!!

SPA'yi kullanamadik Kahvalti standartin cok altinda Ve en onemlisi resepsiyon, bu kadar kotu check out olamaz. 3 kisi belli ki hepsi yeni eleman, hicbir sey bilmiyorlar 15 dk bekledildim. Resepsiyon muduru faturami emaile gondeririz dedi, gondermedi. Sonrasında aradim email gelmedigini belirttim, gondericez dedi ve yine gelmedi.

Eviniz gibi hissedebileceğiniz harika bir otel. Bütün personeller güler yüzlü ve sıcak kanlı. Kahvaltı açık büfe şeklinde sizlere sunuluyor. Çok çeşitli ve doyurucuydu. Hem sıcak servis vardı, hemde sabahları farklı menüler sunarak farklı lezzetleri denemenize olanak sağlıyorlar. Oda bakım görevlileri titiz ve düzenlilerdi, temizlik konusunda şüpheniz olmasın her şey dört dörtlüktü.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war total Unk kompetent und unfreundlich. Mehr aufdringlich. Im großen Ganzen totale Katastrophe. Frühstück für Arme sehr sehr enttäuschend. Ich würde das Hotel dich freiwillig weiterempfehlen.

109.90 € olarak rezervasyon yaptık Bizden 4100 küsür lira alındı Hangi kuru kullanıyorsunuz dedik Merkez bankası dendi O zaman hata var dedik. Bize sönüş yapın dedik ancak dönüş yapılmadı. Ertesi gün ödemeler yapılıp çıkış yaptık Öğlen saat 13:00 gibi aranıp bugün çıkış görünüyor uzatacak mısınız dendi. Yani ayrıldığımızdan haberleri yoktu. Kahvaltı donmuş rafadan yumurta haricinde gayet iyi idi.
