Beautiful property, great location. The only issue we had was there was no hot water in showers. Owners were notified and we attempted the solution suggested but the downstairs bathroom never got hot. Other than that, I believe I would book again. The owners seemed really nice and accommodating.

Absolutely perfect!

This was a perfect for my team and I while we visited Baton Rouge. About 15 minutes from downtown and only 6 to LSU campus. Nothing short of perfect for our needs. The location was very clean with clear instructions for any questions that may have come up. All in all ..10/10 recommend

The house was excellent and enough space for our party of 7. A few suggestions would be a better keurig coffee pot, a few oven mitts and kitchen towels (we cooked breakfast every morning) and a few more bowls and pots to cook with. These are things we don’t bring with us when traveling. Overall, the place was great and we would rent again.

We came to Baton Rouge for a family reunion. There were 7 including me -- my nephew, great nephew and his partner and son, and my great niece and her husband. They live in GA. I live in FL. I don't get to be with them frequently. Staying in the house meant we were with each other and have privacy when wanted. The four bedrooms are upstairs. The 4th bathroom was downstairs. Communication with the owner was easy and responses came quickly.We had to leave a day earlier than planned that was the only downside. We all agree that we would rent again. We highly recommend the owner and the property.

Very nice and spacious apartment.However the cleanliness was not as expected. Some counters and sinks were not clean, floors had food on them, 1 bed was dirty
A bit disappointed, especially when they ask you to basically clean the apartment before leaving. That sais, we might have just been unlucky.

Perfect

The property was fantastic. 4 large bedrooms with 4 large bathrooms was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The master bedroom and ensuite was amazing. There’s plenty of room everywhere for everyone to have space. The kitchen was the focal point for my group of people to gather and plan our days. It was the perfect location. Plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend staying here. I look forward to staying here again. The owners are fantastic to talk to as well. Highly rated. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Only 2 small draw backs. And those aren’t major at all. No kettle to boil water for tea and no hair dryer found. I would recommend to the owners to turn the nice sized garage into a games room with dart board and pool table for those days the weather has you locked in the house. I can’t say enough good things about this house.
