The property was clean spacious. Check in was easy. The property manager was responsive to any questions. There was very little parking, driveway and street space. It was a very tight squeeze for 4 cars. We were able to park some cars at a nearby shopping and shuttle people to the house.
First, there was a huge wet section on the master carpet right in front of the door. Thirty minutes after being in the home it came up (apparently they tried to hide it). We had to all around it just to get out of the room. Looked like dog pee.Second, no sheets on the bed so we track them down folded in the closet. Start to put them on the bed and they have been put away WET! They are wet and smell from being in there. We had to leave at night and go buy sheets, pillow cases and a comforter when we were actually ready for bed.He pays us 60 refund. Doesnât even cover the comforter. The master had a king bed, however, the bed is all box spring and the âmattressâ is only as tall as my pointer finger. We were there for a nationals bowling tournament and didn't sleep for 2 days. Felt like we were sleeping on a park bench.I let him know the front door lock kept announcing the battery was low. As a realtor, Iâm fully aware that if it goes out completely we will not be able to get in the home. No response. The pantry could not be used because it smelled like someone had been smoking in there so we had to leave the door closed and hopefully you wonât need the dishwasher- smelled like mildew so bad we couldnât even open it.Bring your own towels, these were worse than Iâve seen at dollar general.Worst experience ever. Next time we will get a hotel.Sad, the home is in a new construction community. The house however is a wreck of a place to stay.Save your money.
