Quaint townhouse in Baton Rouge. Easily accessible, simple decor, comfortable beds, nice shower. The townhome was fine for our stay in Baton Rouge. The kitchen is dated, but functional. The home was pretty clean, but could use an overall really good deep cleaning. Both drains in the downstairs bathroom wouldnât drain or drained really slowly. We reported the concern to the owner. That was the only issue we had.
This house was truly perfect!!The essentials were provided by the host; towels upstairs and downstairs. Kitchen essentials were also available. Please note, on day one, you'll have to go through the front door to open the garage but everything is SUPER easy to do. And there WILL be an automatic garage door opener inside. Lovely layout, beautifully designed, perfect location!
My rating based on a 2 day stay. Were were busy and did not stay in place many hours. Great shower and towels. Very comfortable sleeping. Clean and uncluttered. We did not eat in. Great location. It is a renovated home. Pricing is very good.
Clean, very quiet, wonderful location! Stocked well with essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent. In addition, there were coffee pods, creamer, cookies, and treats! Very welcoming!
I greatly appreciated how much they communicated and were able to answer any questions.Checking in was easy, as was checking out.Great comfortable stay.
The Host was incredibly supportive and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. There had been a power outage and the door and WiFi had to be reset. The location is super quiet and easily accessible to all areas of Baton Rouge. The beds were comfortable and linens were very nice. The property is older and some problems with drains not wanting to empty. We did have to fight with drain flies ( similar to fruit flies )We would stay here again if back in Baton Rouge.
It was a great stay! The house was nice shape. It was a comfortable stay for 2 couples (4 adults). It was great to have a kitchen to make breakfast in and a small backyard for the dog. My dog and I also enjoyed walking the streets in the neighborhood in the mornings. It was a very safe and clean neighborhood to walk in! We stayed there for bowling (in the Cane's River Center), and the house was close to the center, downtown, and everything else fun in Baton Rouge!
Beds gave us a good night sleep. The neighborhood was quite as of no one else lived near. The property was very clean and as for the communication it was excellent. I would stay here again as long as the small issues we had were all fixed. The issues were the fridge was leaking water inside so the bottom of the fridge had water in it under the drawers. The sinks were slow draining and the upstairs sink at one point began pushing up gunk up thru the drains. Talk to the management and they were responsive right away to resolve the issue.
I would give 4 1/2 stars! We called cause refrigerator was leaking and they came right out to fix it! We had trouble with one tv not working but we werenât in there long to worry about it! Very clean, easy access to the garage and room! Would stay again! It is a great location for the convention center.
It was a very wonderful place to stay. Short distance from the Cane center where my husband bowled. Will definitely keep this place in mind for our next visit!
We had a wonderful stay hereâthe thought that was put into the decor and the details made it extra special. Hosts were amazing, and check-in was a breeze. Primary suite downstairs had the most comfortable bed ever and an enormous closet (complete with fancy hangers and luggage rack, like youâd find at a luxury hotel.) The bedding upstairs was plush and impressive as well (not just a quilt thrown on a matress like you see at a lot of these places.) Some of the provided amenities that really came in handy for us as we were there for a wedding with two young children were the washer/dryer, baby crib, high chair, hair dryer, and iron. These hosts thought of everything, and I would not hesitate to book with them again :)
The house was wonderful. The only thing that was lacking was the kitchen has no baking or pizza pans. We had to buy pods for the dishwasher and laundry detergent for the washer and dryer.
I stayed here and the property is in a good location but I was double charged the amount for the security deposit and have yet to receive any of my deposit back. There were holes in the garage and pre-existing damage to the property when we checked in but do yourself a favor and avoid subjecting yourself to these kind of unsavory business practices, there are nicer places in the area that you can rent without having to worry about these kinds of issuesâŠ
