Bad Experience

Hotel was in a great location but the bathroom floors were not clean. The sofa in the room had white “stains” on the seat cushion and the tv was not connected to neither the cable outlet or internet tv.

We were given a room that someone clearly had been smoking in. I had to sign that we would not smoke in the room. And I pay for it to be non-smoking, but what's the point when it reeks the smoke. We felt so disgusting the next morning and barely slept due to poor air quality. Brought it up to the front desk and they said "yeah, that is the room we had to fine someone for, sorry" so they knew and still gave me that room with 2 young children.
