We are local residence of WBR and live about 5 minutes from our host home. Jag's Villa is approximately 12 -14 minutes to LSU and Southern University. If you are trying to visit downtown Baton Rouge, it's a short 8-10 minute drive. We are no strangers to hosting and customer service, it's part of our everyday routine. If you're looking for quick get-a-way or an extended stay, Jag's Den is the place to stay!

My sons and I go to a different college venue for a football game every year. This year we decided to experience LSU and Baton Rouge, we were not disappointed and had a wonderful time. Would definitely go back and definitely reserve Villa Jag's again.

Bowling Baton Rouge

We really liked the location, and at first the house seemed fine. But as we settled in, several issues became noticeable. There were bugs in the bathroom cabinet and even inside the toilet paper roll, which was unsettling. The bathroom towels had bleach stains, and the kitchen lacked basics like a hot pad, hand towels, and a broom. There was also no hair dryer or laundry detergent provided.The carpets had visible stains in all the bedrooms, and it was clear they hadn’t been vacuumed—there were even leftover eyelashes on the floor by the nightstand in the queen bedroom. The blinds on the door were broken, and we found leftover trash in a drawer in the master bathroom. The air filter was black and covered in webs, suggesting it hadn’t been changed in quite a while.This property has potential with some attention to cleanliness and stocking basic necessities, but it definitely needs a deep clean and better upkeep between guests.

Perfect for a few days or long term stay! Easy access to stores, restaurants, gas stations, anything you might need without the traffic of the city, yet only minutes from all Baton Rouge has to offer! We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed for the national bowling tournament. Overall was a good location and property, however the rugs in the bathroom do not stay in place and one of the people fell getting out of the shower.

Excellent Property in a Great Location

This property is excellent! My family and I were very comfortable here. Everything was nice and clean.This home is in a great location, close to the freeway, but not too close.The owners made the process and our stay stress free with their timely communication.My only issue was that the horns of the trains were loud early in the morning. I put my earbuds in and slept well. First time using Vrbo and it was a wonderful experience. Overall, this is a lovely home and we would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing

We came to Louisiana to visit LSU. This house was very clean, spacious and well kept. The communication I had with the owners was easy and they were responsive. I would highly recommend and if my godson does go to LSU I would absolutely stay here again.
