Hotel has potential

When checking in we were told that breakfast was at 6. We stayed on a Thursday and Friday night. There was breakfast at 6 on Friday morning but was not aware it was at 7 on the weekend. If I would’ve known, we could’ve planned accordingly which wouldn’t have been a big deal. It was also written on the keycard 6am. A few other fixes could be the WiFi actually working, faucet for the bathtub did not work, ice machine did not work on the third floor, door to room was hard to open and close, bathroom door was hard to shut and there was rarely anyone at the front desk for assistance. The pool was clean but there were wires sticking out where the lights are. It could be a great hotel but needs an overhaul

staff was great

the staff was great! the only problem we had was our first room the plug ins didn’t work but they moved us the next day. they were updating the hotel wasn’t in the best shape. dryer did not work and one of the elevators did not work. I think once they get everything completed it will be a great hotel. has a very nice pool and court yard.

Check in was simple and easy. Room didn't have coffee pot in it and when i asked front desk they said they didn't have any more. The faucet in the shower fell off but i was able to put it back on. Microwave and fridge weren't useable. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. You can tell this use to be a really nice hotel just needs some minor issues fixed. For the one night I stayed it was fine.

Room was dirty! Roaches. Dirty laundry from god knows when. Only one ice machine worked. Sliding glass door didn’t lock. The pool towels were the size of a wash rag! Literally prostitutes staying next door! Will never stay there again!

Deceitful pictures

Outside looks like a crime scene don't look at the photos they are showing you online this place looks nothing like the pictures, we had 3 families staying here 1 of the other families got out into a room someone was already staying in, we also saw a rat room next door to us was boarded up... Did not feel safe at all had to move the table and chairs in front of the door just so I could sleep

Yuck!

The room smelled like mildew. The floor in the sitting area was slippery and the flooring near the door/AC was squishy and cracking. There was no fridge or microwave in the room despite being on the website. The bathroom door was difficult to close due to uneven tiles. No one refreshed our towels or tidied our room during our stay. No ice bucket was available in the room.

I always wanted to check this place out, glad I finally did. Price was affordable for 1 day, I like the elevator & stairs options, I definitely liked the size of the room. It's was comfy and clean.

Service was good! The shape of the entire place is descent. The room was a little updated, but had a couple of bad spots and the closet door was broken. Not a bad place for a quick overnight stay.
