I don't know where to start! We have stayed at many Country Inn & Suites over the years, but this one was awful. Lock on door was upside down; bathroom door doesn't close well and looks like someone punched it; toilet seat is chipped and the unit must be from the 1960's the way it flushes; dingy hallways; no staff in breakfast area to replace anything (we used spoons since forks were non-existent); one serving dish was broken and left open so the eggs and sausages were cold; and the beds! Might we recommend some type of mattress topper? I felt (and heard) the springs in the mattress all night. My back was NOT happy this morning. Honestly, I am not sure what this facility was used for before it became a Country Inn & Suites, but it is sure not up to par with the others. I don't normally write reviews like this, but this hotel needs some SERIOUS upgrading.
