A 175m² complex on 2 levels. On the ground floor are:
- A large, bright living room of 70m² with a relaxation lounge, large screen, dining area for 12 people, large high-quality fitted kitchen. The bay window opens directly onto the terrace.
- A 20m² bedroom with dressing room with a 160 x 200cm bed.
- A laundry area.
- A separate toilet.
- A beautiful 13m² bathroom with 2 sinks and a large walk-in shower.

The upper floor is reserved for the sleeping area:
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190cm and a bed of 140 x 190cm,
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 90x190cm and a bed of 140 x 190cm (+ an extra bed for a child of 90 x 160cm)
- 1 landing room with bed on BZ of 140 x 190cm (room isolated from the noise of the living room and windows with blinds)
- 1 bathroom with toilet, bathtub and sink

Air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has a dressing room.

On-site activities: swimming, table football, croquet, darts, pétanque, molky, etc.

Outdoors: 49m² terrace with garden furniture for 12 people, children's games, awning, electric plancha, above-ground swimming pool, 4000m² of private green spaces. You may see deer, birds, pheasants, rabbits, etc.

Baugé-en-Anjou: Village of character with a heritage rich in history such as the 17th century apothecary and the Hôtel Dieu. The Malagué pond is 15 minutes away with beach, supervised swimming, guinguettes and concerts in season. The banks of the Loire are 30 minutes away. Saumur is 40 minutes away. Adventure course 49 is 20 minutes away with treetop adventure courses.

Pool information: dimensions 6.5 x 3 x 1.20 m - Unheated. Accessible from May to October. Enclosed parking on the property. Wi-Fi internet connection. Baby equipment on request: folding bed, portable seat, changing table, potty. 1 step down to go to the ground floor bedroom (also accessible via the French window from the courtyard, without steps). The price does not include the end-of-stay cleaning package €120, the rental of sheets €10 and the rental of towels €5.
