I have a room which was an attic and which I arranged to be able to travelers for 1nuit, several nights, 1 week .... or more.
The bathroom and toilets are in the room.
I supply the bed linen.
I put my kitchen available for people who want to eat on the spot as well as the dishes, utensils ..... a place is reserved for you in my fridge and a small corner for groceries.
