First time booking this hotel, the Customer Service is horrible with an attitude, the room i got smell like it hasnt been clean for weeks. There were a spider in the bathroom. The room is not sound proof, heard a women scream and crying all night on the 2nd floor.

Checked in on the first night and immediately noticed the sink was clogged. I informed the manager at the front desk the next morning, but he blamed us for causing the issue - so despicable. I canceled the remaining two nights and did not receive a refund. What kind of hotel operates like this? This place should not even be in business. Absolutely horrible experience! What a mirage! All tricks!

This time around, the lady front agent was rude and provided very poor customer service. No welcome words were uttered. When I got to the room I asked to transfer coz it was for handicapped room. I booked online at Expedia for a standard room. She insisted that I had a handicap room reserved. She then asked me to contact online to transfer room for something basic request. Instead, she hang up on me after telling her that I’m the customer who has a basic request, instead she said “ but you don’t own the building.” Also, told her that there’s a lot of long hair scattered on the floor, I gathered it. She also charged my credit card (pending), perhaps for deposit for security and later drop off, but she should have explained and told me that. When I asked for clarification on key card, she would say “OMG”, making a customer feel stupid. It was such a terrible experience. I like the location and proximity to the beach and family/friends nearby, leaving you if you want to stay there again.

Overall it’s one night business trip. It was comfortable and quiet at night. The area deemed to be in residential area and felt safe. The only thing was the housekeepers were very loud in the morning in the hallway and woke me up. The room cleanliness should be observed thoroughly before the guests arrived.

If you like the smell of heavy lingering bleach cleaners, cranky old lady manager, and non ADA compliant places to stay, this place is for you. The AC worked, but the coffee pot didnt heat water. Three pillows for two people, and NO elevator. If you are handicapped like me, you wont be happy.

Very nice hotel, no elevator but staff was very helpful and offered to change our room to the first floor when we came in with a stroller. Quiet, clean and convenient public transport :)
