Couldn’t open door to get in the Room. TV didn’t work. The Lady on the front desk was helpful to get us in the Room. She fixed the TV but couldn’t change the Channels. My Brother & his wife had the same issues. The worst hotel experience I have had and I have traveled all over this World. I paid for two Rooms , I forgot-the bed was very comfortable! There was no phones in the rooms which is a safty issue. The morning staff was very rude and even said " if u dont like the stay here, go and stay somewhere else next time" the sheets and towels were stained. And the hallways had trash and dust everywhere

This place was nasty i checked in went up to the room and had stains on the blanks then they move me to a different room cockroaches were crawling on the wall the floor, and on the beds in their bed bedsheets were dirty in that room was not a very happy camper

Dont stay here, cancel your reservation

I am so sorry to report this hotel was the worst hotel i have ever booked. Beginning with the smell in the lobby, to the rooms old beds, old pillows and the bathrooms were discussing, very old fixtures, rottening showerhead, dirty aling the chalking areas. Then the toilet seat was so gross, very old and falling apart. The office chair was falling apart and unsafe. The first room we were given the door would not shut, you could just push it open. Then when we returned at night lots of lights in parking lot, but none were on it was so dark. Then this morning at checkout the elevator was not working. Wyndham should be embarrassed to be associated with this hotel, they need to update this hotel. I have stayed at many other Wyndham properties which were very nice. I wasn't expecting a perfect hotel. But at the least the basics, clean hotel, good beds and pillows and acceptable fixtures in the bathrooms. Not to much to ask for your guest?? This being said the lady attending the front desk did all she could to make thing the best she could. That goodness for her patiences with the circumstance.

Any port in the storm but just an OK stay.

Air conditioner window unit was very loud. I had to turn it off to sleep. Breakfast was VERY lame. I ended up stopping at McDonald's.
