The place was nice but doing everything including checking in online was a little strange. The room was nice and clean but not having a coffee pot in the room was a negative.
The room was clean and nice and a quiet community but I had an hard time checking in after I spoke to the motel about early checking in and they said I could
The Driftwood Motel is the cutest little place! Conveniently located for shopping and dining. Super clean. Walking distance to golf cart rental. I will definitely be staying here again!
I loved the whole retro vibe. Itâs a renovated 1961 MOTEL, which means the rooms are not big. Theyâre small, but theyâre clean and have what you need. Thereâs a community kitchen with 24 access to guest, stocked with free drinks, snacks, coffee, etc. All of the 60âs touches is so cute and you can hang in the salt pool listening to a little Sonny and Cher or CCR. The
pool was beautiful and sparkling blue. We will definitely be going back.
Just an FYI, mattress are very firm. The hotel is very nostalgic and well kept. The attention to all of the small details (right down to the small fan in each room) is what set this hotel apart from others we have stayed in. This hotel really focuses on the guest having a great experience and it shows! We will definitely be returning!
