House is clean and has definitely been remodeled in kitchen with top notch appliances. Location is good, but is located right next to a popular restaurant. Our stay was week after Labor Day and the weekend was a little noisy, but nothing we could not handle. Not sure how that would play out in summer season. All in all, it’s a great house!

Our family of 4 (2 pre-teen/teen boys) spent a really enjoyable week here. The location is ideal, a block from the bay, 2 blocks to the restaurants and attractions on Bay Ave, and an easy walk to the beach. It's directly next to a really delicious restaurant (maybe the best meal we had all week). The only downside is it's a bit noisy until 10 PM.The layout worked out great for us, with 2 bedrooms in the front and 2 in the rear, with a second living area. The beach badges, chairs and umbrella were a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was mostly clean when we got there, although it could probably use a deep clean and general refresh.Overall a nice house for a vacation on the shore.

Great area

This house is a great size and in a great area. Perfect to walk to everything you need. Loved it. My only suggestion is the back bedroom with the backdoor needs a new mattress. It was pretty uncomfortable.

Great House and Location!

We were in town for a family wedding at Parker’s Garage & Oyster Saloon. This home was in the perfect location to walk to the venue and to walk to dinner and activities during the rest of the stay. It was the perfect size for our family. Communication was clear and detailed for check- in and Check-out. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Great location but obvious it is a very well used rental property. Walls are banged up and the couches are "not good". We had to place sheets over them to feel comfortable sitting down. Really dirty! Curtain rods are rusted out and shower curtain was full of mold. Overall good property with a great location...just needs a little attention.

Good location! Close to the beach and restaurants.

The space is great with a decent backyard. The place was a budget flip
 the bathrooms are fine, kitchen ok, but man, are the beds completely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t say it is stocked with amenities, kitchen-wise, but they did provide beach chairs and you can move the singular umbrella to the lounge chairs if no one is at the outside table- granted the umbrella stand is a cinder block. Overall, the place is “fine”.

Good house but minor issues.

The house was wonderfully located close to the attractions but next door to a loud restaurant which kept the children up at night. There were no closets to hang our clothing in some bedrooms and the cleanliness could be improved. The doors going outside to the back yard was broken as was the doors to the washer and dryer, not on track, kept opening up. The coffee maker had old dried up coffee grinds and we decided not to use it. The worse part was sleeping at night, all the mattresses need to be replaced, uncomfortable and very squeaky noises when we all tried to get comfortable. Other smaller issues which we could live with. If this house had better maintenance would be a great house. My daughter had to cut her trip short as the kids could not sleep because of the noise and her neck pain from the mattress. Shawn did reply to my messages and the cleaning fee was refunded, but don’t think enough to cover the issues with this house.

Exceeded expectations

The property was perfect for our beach getaway. We loved the area, and the proximity to all of the greeat dining options was definitely an added plus. The house was very clean and we felt right at home upon walking in. Would definitely recommend to any group of friends and/or family looking for an enjoyable, relaxing getaway. Another great stay!

This is our second stay on this property and we can't say enough great things! The layout works great and there is no better location! We enjoyed mornings on the porch, dining at our neighboring dock and claw, playing catch in the backyard, watching the Olympic opening ceremonies all snuggled up together in the family room and having a blast on the beach! Can't wait for next year! :)

The Perfect House & Location

We just completed our second summer visit to this updated, precious property. Location is the best and outdoor area and front porch are perfect hang outs in between beach days and Beach Haven dining! We love the layout of the house and the hosts provide everything we need for memory making. We love LBI and this property! Can't wait to return.

This was obviously a flip - cutting corners for quick money. There were rusty nails sticking out of deck, none of the blinds fit the windows, not a well stocked kitchen, and obvious poor craftsmanship. The listing did not mention being right next to a restaurant which was a lot of noise and a privacy issue. The worst was that each bed was so loud you couldn’t rollover without waking yourself and you rolled a lot trying to get comfortable in the most uncomfortable beds. There was even a condescending note in the stay booklet about not to expect the comfort of your own bed - odd very odd. If only the owners would invest in the property and the guests comfort - then they would make the money they obviously want. But without investment I don’t recommend. First poor review I have ever written in over 10yrs of consistent vrbo stays

Great stay over new years

Rented the place over 3 days for new years. Really nice location 2 blocks away from the heart of Beach Haven, convenient to the local grocery store. As a group of young families with little kids we loved how there were two separate living spaces so adults and kids could have their own spaces.
