The room was dirty and was a respiratory nightmare with mold and mildew. The walls were very thin and the people above us kept us awake. The best part of the hotel was the hard working lady at the front desk who did her best to make our stay comfortable despite the hotel being a dump. The hotel staff worked hard and management needs to fix this place up and give the lady at the front desk a raise.

There was only one towel. There was still garbage in the trash can from the previous tenants so who knows if the room was even cleaned or if the sheets were even changed. I’d really prefer a refund because this was just not okay.

I can honestly say I enjoyed my stay at County Inn & Suites! The staff was amazing and was very friendly and helpful! The facilities were really amazing and quite! Had a issue with the shower but the maintenance guy fixed it quickly while I enjoyed a lovely breakfast!!!

We've stayed at this property several times over the past 4 years. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is hot and fresh. Front desk staff is very friendly and attentive. This time, I found the beds to be not as comfortable as previous visits. Front desk says that they'll be replaced soon. Other than this, good value for the money.

Horrible front desk experience. Rude. Reserved 2 rooms via Expedia. Onx (front desk) said I only reserved One. Second room had to be reserved and paid at that time. Coffee pot in room did not fit the coffee pod. Found out that the desk clerk canceled my second reservation. Did not tell me. The manager on call was called due to me asking for a coffee pot to fit the coffee pod. Ashley told me. there were no other coffee pots and i would have to fold the pod to fit into the coffee pot. The hotel was not full. The room was ok except the old food behind the microwave. The microwave could not be opened due to the push piece missing. Honest all true. What a disappointment!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my late night check-in experience was extremely disappointing. The night receptionist didn’t greet me or make any effort at basic hospitality. Instead of asking for information, she simply said, “Name? Address? Phone number? Card for deposit,” in a very blunt, rushed tone. It felt more like filling out a form than checking into a hotel, and the interaction came across as rude and dismissive. What made me even more uncomfortable was that when she handed back my card, she flipped it so the card numbers were facing directly upward toward the camera above us. This felt careless and unprofessional, and it made me question how secure my information was. I strongly recommend evaluating who is working the night shift, because if someone cannot handle direct guest interaction with even minimal courtesy or awareness, they should not be in a hospitality position. It was genuinely the worst check-in interaction I’ve experienced. On a positive note, the morning staff at checkout were very friendly and professional, and I appreciated their kindness.

Stay was good. Price was great and staff were top notch. Hotel desperately needs updated. The walls were dirty and needed a good scrub or fresh coat of paint. Linens were stiff and itchy. AC/Heat made a rattling noise.
