This nice apartment is located in a residential area which includes a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by grass and a lift with direct access to the beach.
The property is arranged as follows:
Ground floor with opened living and dining room and semi-opened kitchen, access to the terrace with stunning sea views, the bedroom suite with its own bathroom which includes a jacuzzi with sea views and a shower, a double bedroom and another bathroom with shower.
At the first floor we find a great terrace with a small pool and from where the views are unbeatable. Furthermore, there is a table with chairs, which is perfect for the summer diners.
Rented with a private parking space.
