Newly built house with private pool in a quiet urbanization 10 minutes by car from the Aiguablava beach, Begur, Costa Brava.
Located in a very quiet residential area, just 1 km from the center of Begur and 4 km from the main beaches in the area.
Capacity for 6 people.
House with 3 floors. On the main floor we find the kitchen, fully equipped, open to the living room and with access to a large terrace, ideal for family meals and from where you can watch the sunset. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one suite with a 1.80x2 double bed, bathroom with shower and a terrace, another double room with two 90x2 beds and the third room with a 1.80x2 double bed, these two rooms share a bathroom with bathtub. On the third floor there is a chill-out terrace on the right, the pool on the left, and in the center there is a hall with a toilet.
It does not have a garage but it is easy to park on the street.
There are stairs in the property.
Television and 3G Internet service not guaranteed due to poor coverage in the area.
