Very steep motor access. Stepped path (54 steps) to the house. Single garage at the house. Supermarket 250 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Begur plaça Forgas" 5 km, railway station "Flaça" 30 km, sandy beach "Sa Riera" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, surf school 4 km. Nearby attractions: Illes Medes 20 km, Castell de Begur 3 km, Pals Mediaval 8 km, Hipica Begur 3.9 km, Parc Aventura Costa Brava Platja Pals 5 km, Aiguamolls de L'Emporda 22 km. Maison Sa Riera

Maison idéalement située à 500m à pieds de la crique de Sa Riera. Piscine très agréable, maison fonctionnelle. Maison prévue pour 6 personnes mais table extérieure trop petite, pas de barbecue
