The hotel was pleasant and featured a well-sized bar, offering a comfortable space to unwind. However, the evening buffet restaurant was overpriced, and the buffet selection was disappointing, with half of the six or so dishes simply reheated from breakfast. On the other hand, the breakfast spread was much better, providing a far more satisfying start to the day.

Nice entrance and lobby. Lovely staff member checked us out early in the morning however, our arrival checkin was not great. No allowances for long flight and early arrival and when we asked for just a little earlier checkin, we were refused. Only hotel this has ever happened to me and I have travelled widely. Disappointing. Also, room was completely over heated and they said the system was broken. Very uncomfortable

Great stay! Great locatio

We opted to purchase a room upgrade at check-in and it was great value. We had a lovely suite overlooking the city on an upper floor. It was very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, very convenient washing machines and dryers. The location of the hotel in Wangfujing is perfect for tourists.

Good location and service

Concierge helpful with reservations. Location is close to metro station. There is free washer and dryer onsite but lots of people using them at night so it can be a wait to use them.

Tired hotel. Air con not working, had to change rooms twice as booking info wrong and then no availability for the room we'd actually booked. Breakfast very average. Bar staff "off sick " so not able to have a drink one evening. Generally not great and wouldn't go back

Room was very hot. They said AC not working. But clearly was working in the hallways. Room was at 29-30 making it uncomfortable to sleep well. I would have been better off sleeping in the hallway. I informed the desk, and they said they would do something. They just brought a fan which just blowed around the warm air. They finally changed our room which was a little better but still warm.

There's a metro entrance just next to the hotel. There are a number of local eateries nearby e.g. there's a comfortable Nan Cheng Xiang outlet just across the hotel where we had cheap and good local breakfast (opens 6am), so we didn't need to hv hotel breakfast at all. Hotel concierge Eric gave great service and arranged tours for us. We communicated via WeChat before arrival and he booked entrance and train tickets for us, and we only pay him after we arrive . Wow! The only complain we have is about the room air-conditioning. Somehow we could not lower the temperature and many times felt too warm in the room. We had to open the windows to let the natural winter air come in to chill the room
