The area where this hotel is situated is disgusting. There is litter all over the pavements. It is a good 30mins walk into city centre. The rooms are run down and need freshening up. Limited choice for breakfast. I would not stay in this hotel again and wouldn’t recommend it.

Hotel off of the ormeau road. The area Is a mixture . It’s About a 25 min walk to the centre of Belfast . Bed was comfortable but hotel needs some TLC shower was poor .

Enjoyed our visit,the beds are very clean and comfy,with a choice of hard or soft pillows. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and hot,it was also included in the booking free,many hotels you have to pay extra. Big car park at the back if you are driving .

Good hotel and rooms were quite good. No air conditioning and limited storage especially if you are staying for more than a couple of days. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. University Street itself is a little run down. Ever so slightly out of the centre but handy for Botanic Gardens and Ulster Museum. Botanic Train Station was a good place nearby and we were able to visit Carrickfergus and Titanic from there.
