A totally classy place with the most welcoming sta

Wonderful, luxurious, restful, lovely staff who really wanted us to enjoy our stay. The calibre of the furnishings, equipment, bed and linen was high spec, even down to the bathroom body wash etc... Easy walking distance to main hub and an excellent tourist information office. Generous with space and totally spotless.

Great stay in the heart of Belfast

Staff were lovely. The room was bright and spotless. Great location. Only small issue was that the washing machine in room 17 didn’t spin and the washing pod may have ruined one of my t-shirts. Other than that, excellent

I had a warm welcome and presentation of the place from the staff of the hotel. Liked the appartement that I got even with the little problem that appeared. Said problem got promptly addressed and rectified to the best of their ability. The place is confortable and well situated to go to the center of Belfast. Would recommend.

Such a wonderful stay here in the most comfortable and well set out apartment. Staff go above and beyond to make the stay easy, even drying our washing when we couldn't get the machine to work. Thank you again, would definitely stay again next time we're in Belfast

A superb location! Very central but also quiet. Lovely staff who greeted us warmly & checked in with us during our stay. Fantastic building with plush apartments, you’ll want for nothing. The apartments are spacious so the only negative would be the bed is a double not king, even though there’s enough room for one. Aside from this I would strongly recommend a stay here.

Gorgeous 1bedroom apartment hotel. Beautifully appointed with fully equipped kitchen. Spotless, Quiet, very comfortable and in city centre. Huge plus. Would definitely stay there again.

Apartment was amazing. Exceeded my expectations. It was clean and spacious. Kitchen was very well equipped with an oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, large fridge and freezer. There's tea and coffee provided. Bed was very comfortable! Location is perfect in the centre, close to Grand central station

Beautiful appartment, layout, decor, furnishings, had everything needed for a fully self catered stay. Staff great, both in person & super responsive on WhatsApp too, both before & after stay. Brilliantly positioned for walking everywhere in city centre, plus close to bus stops if getting bus to/from airport. Really nothing would change, can’t wait to stay there again!
