This is a fabulous apartment right in the centre of Bellagio. Very spacious with everything that you need just off the main area. Not far from ferry. Staying here you feel that you are in the heart of Bellagio. Windows/ balcony open out to street below. Loved it!

Perfect Location in Bellagio

Knew nothing about Bellagio when I booked. When we arrived the home was larger than I expected, very clean, and all amenities updated. We stayed for a long weekend but this place has everything you would need for a long term stay. We did not realize how good the location was. Our balcony overlooked the top of the Salita Serbelloni and the street below. Everything was walking distance. Bellagio is beautiful and this place is in the center of everything. I would definitely stay here again.

112 steps are not “a few steps!”

We rented this unit because the description indicated the apartment was “a few steps” from the ferry dock and the center of town. It was 112 steps, carrying luggage, and not easy to find. Broken washing machine and coffee maker and mold above the shower.

Wonderful and Deluxe

We loved Bellagio and our stay at Casa Roncati! The apartment is at the top of the famous steps just to the left. You can see everyone taking photos of the steps from the apartment balcony. We enjoyed having an expresso and relaxing on that balcony daily. The location is close to all the shops and restaurants and easy to get to the ferries. Apartment was spacious and spotless. The host was easily reached by messaging and responded promptly to questions. Wifi was excellent. We highly recommend Casa Roncati! FYI: if you arrive by ferry and have luggage, it’s better to turn left from pier and walk on the road/path to the apartment. The famous steps of Bellagio are not luggage friendly!

Beautiful property

Our family of 4 had an amazing time in Bellagio. Property is so ‘Italy’ and in the perfect location. Walkable to everything you would need. 5 min walk to ferry. Check in was easy. Rooms had AC units so no problem sleeping. Thanks

Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment in the dead center of the Bellagio old town, a few steps away from the top of a staircase offering an iconic view through the rooftops to the lake below. Look down from the windows onto the bustling street below, or sit on the terrace outside the front door for a quieter experience. We would definitely return here.

Prime location and fully equipped

We loved our stay at Casa Roncati Deluxe! From the moment of booking through our departure, staff was responsive, kind and so helpful with all our questions. The unit is located looking onto the prime street on the hill for shopping and eating, with short walk to the lakefront action. Beds are comfortable and the unit has every modern comfort you need! And, can’t say enough about Bellagio’s beauty! Perfect start to our Italian vacation!

Nothing Short of Perfect

The location was in the center of Bellagio, with 2 minute walk to anything and everything. The property was very clean and spacious. Outside of a faulty shower head, everything was absolutely perfect. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and check in was extremely easy and quick.

Clutch location

This was such a great spot in the heart of Bellagio. The only drawback was having to drag our suitcases up the cobblestone walkway from the street but other than that... it was perfect.

Location very good, clean, safe, lots of renovations in good shape however a few repairs needed as master bedroom air conditioner not working properly, washer door difficult and shower needs a tune up. Regardless, good overall!

Family Vacation

What an amazing experience. The property manager is responsive, helpful, and friendly. And the apartment is well-appointed (one could easily live there) and ideally situated, with sights and sounds literally on your doorstep. You're minutes to anywhere in the town, or to the ferry to visit neighboring towns. We will be back.

Perfect Apartment for a Family

The apartment is located in the center of town, close to the best gelato shop. It is well-equipped for preparing meals. There is a half-bath downstairs and a bathtub as well as a shower in the bathroom upstairs. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace. The main bedroom has a balcony for people watching as well as a room air conditioner. We did hear a high-pitched sound downstairs, but owner agreed to hire a technician to investigate sound soon.
