Staff were friendly, room and common areas were very clean. Hot water only got luke warm, no heat in room(front desk said it hadn't been turned on yet! Brealfast was hot food was only cool, coffe was warm not hot. Main entrance is dangerous for those with mobility issues. Staff were friendly and helpful as much as they could.

I was expecting so much more. I have stayed at many terrible hotels. It never really bothered me because I u deratand that you get what you pay for. in this case, I feel like the cost was not worth the stay. Literally everything is broken.

I stayed at this property in 2018, and it was top notch. The facility is now tired, not being kept up to standard. Carpets are worn and dirty, walls are damaged, room are barely basic. No facecloths in bathroom, the smallest bed pillows I have ever seen, linens worn, barely warm water for a shower, no fan in bathroom. Breakfast was limited. Decor is lacking - old, dated, furniture is old. The location is beautiful on the water, but that is the only redeeming quality. I would not stay there again nor would I recommend the property to anyone.

I was misinformed. The price was wrong and I had an ordinary room. No Kleenex or ice bucket. For the price of room on a Thursday this is completely wrong to me, I am not a complainer and thank people for their work. Obviously I am out of touch with how your organizations manipulate people. Live and learn but this is the reason organization get static over nothing even if they do a good job. I will not use your service again.
