The room smelled bad, the bathroom was extremely dirty, and all the furniture was old and worn out. Also, when I went to check out, I couldn't find anyone in the lobby office.

I would patch all the massive potholes in the parking lot, and either fix/get a new door that is accessible to the hallway to the rooms from the outside because it was not properly secured, and anyone could have just walked in if they had wanted. The hallway also had the lingering scent of smoke from cigarettes. The front desk check in and check out was very smooth and straightforward. Room was tidy.

Parking lot was full of watery pot holes. The room was old, unkept. Water damage to the lamp shades. Broken lamp shade. Curtains missing hooks and the hook on the heating register. Partial repairs to walls. Dirty room. Furniture dirty and ripped. Toilet roll holder broken. Toilet dirty. Piece of wood behind the toilet tank. Terrible experience. I have pictures which I wish I could share

The car dealership right next door has their lights on all night long. The driveway torooms is full of very deep potholes. Rooms are good.

All I needed was a hotel for me to sleep for one night.And this motel's location is exactly what I needed. A decent place at a bargain price. My criticism is that the parking lot desperately needs repaving, some of the potholes in the parking lot are downright dangerous.
