Family wedding in Bellingham

Kitchen is fully stocked. The home is beautifully decorated. Our last night we enjoyed a barbecue on the back patio, enjoying the sunset.This is just a lovely property.

We had a great family vacation, with many traveling from the East coast. Everyone loved the house and location. Plenty of room for meals in the house and on the deck. Lots of kitchen items for preparing everything we ate. Would definitely recommend for large familes, perfect for the little ones to roam the beach and gather treasures.

Gorgeous Getaway

What a wonderful way to start December, and thus the holiday season. We have a family of seven and this home was perfect, and just what we needed. Right on the beach shore, neat and tucked not too far from Bellingham, and easy to get to and from. The home is gorgeous, with an equally gorgeous view we enjoyed from the moment we woke up! This home is lovely inside and out, with the maritime decor just right which is rare from most VRBOs who over do it; a sophisticated and welcoming home with great Owners who answered emails without delay and were beyond reasonable in the check in and check out. A Special Thanksgiving!

Our family just spent a very special Thanksgiving in this beautiful home. The house is immaculate and beautifully appointed yet still homey and comfortable. The views are breathtaking! The kitchen is incredibly stocked and we were able to cook a large Thanksgiving meal with all of the cookware provided. Vivian was wonderful and very responsive from start to finish. No one in our group wanted to leave and we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Home Beautiful View

Very beautiful and well appointed home. Our family loves to cook and they had everything we needed. After our evening meal we were able to relax and watch a beautiful sunset. Great neighborhood for walking and riding bikes. Very comfortable place to stay. I would stay there again.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

We came here with a couple of our close friends for a rellaxing weekend. The home is absolutely beautiful and right next to the beach. It felt luxurious and secluded but still accessible to bellingham and stores. There were a few things that needed to be addressed but the owner was very responsive and we resolved them quickly. We'd absolutely stay here again.

The perfect place to slow down and enjoy the view

From the moment we opened the front door and were able to see the ocean out the picture windows we knew we made the right decision to book this house for our week stay in Northern Washington! The set up of the home was perfect for our family which included three young children. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at the house. The location was remote, but not so much so that it was inconvenient to run into town for anything needed. We loved sleeping with the windows open, listening to the waves crashing on the beach and waking up to a refreshing breeze off the water. The home is absolutely beautiful and what our family would consider a dream beach house! The owners responded quickly to any questions we had and made our stay at their home easy and relaxing. We enjoyed every moment spent at the house and hope to visit again soon!

Stunning home with all the comforts of your own home and beyond!

Vivian and Bob came to our rescue as we had another home reserved that was cancelled 10 days out and they accommodated us for the days we needed for our son's wedding nearby. Vivian was so thoughtful and brought in a crib, even though she had a pack and play there. We weren't there much during the day but we felt like we came "home" to where our family could be together for great conversations and memories. One grandson started crying because he didn't want it to end. The kids loved collecting shells on the beach. We highly recommend this home for anyone that needs a getaway. Thank you Bob and Vivian!

Girls Trip to the Pacific Northwest

What an amazing property and unbelievably fantastic stay! My girlfriends and I could not say enough about how lovely the house was and how exquisite the interior that Vivian and Bob had created. Such a beautify oasis - amazing bedrooms, super comfortable beds, high end appliances, gorgeous views and some really nice neighbors! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again. If you are seeking a first-class stay in this area - don't hesitate to book this property.

Perfect getaway retreat!

We were visiting family in Bellingham and this was an easy drive from there. It was nice to have a place to come and relax and see the gorgeous sunsets! The house is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is fully stocked. Very comfortable rental.

Comfortable and luxurious in a gorgeous location

Our family gathered to celebrate my mother's birthday. We wanted a quiet, comfortable place with a view and easy access to everything available in the Bellingham area. We got all of that and more. Every interaction with the homeowner was easy. They were very responsive and helpful. The house is spectacular. It is beautifully designed and decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped. The master suite is gorgeous and comfortable. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all in one large open space with outrageous views of the water and islands nearby. The rear deck leads directly to the beach. We took walks on the beach every day. The neighborhood roads are also excellent for long walks, with nice sights along the way: a fairy garden, a boardwalk, and a small marina. Everything you might need is just a short drive away: groceries, gas, dining and so on. Our family has found a favorite destination. We will absolutely return to this fantastic place!

Wonderful

My sisters and I stayed at this gorgeous property. Morning coffee or tea on the deck was delightful. We were able to prepare our meals, eat and visit. The neighbors next door are a lovely couple who were also helpful when the code was incorrect. The area is peaceful and we enjoyed walking out the back door and having the beach access. Some went swimming in the ocean, some used a paddleboard and some just watched the ships come in. The pictures to this house are very accurate. I have rented several houses from vrbo and often times the pictures are not current. The house is not that far away from other cities, but far enough away you don't feel like you are in the big city.
