Sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegener Standort, Bahnhofsnähe und alle Attraktionen der Altstadt von Bellinzona sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist vom Raum her gesehen großzügig, auch sechs Personen haben genügend Platz in der Wohnung, ebenfalls überzeugt der große Balkon. Es sind innerhalb weniger Minuten mehrere Supermärkte und der Wochenmarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Wieso es keine 5 Sterne gibt: Natürlich ist man sich bewusst, dass wenn man eine Wohnung im Stadtzentrum bucht es nicht still wie auf dem Lande ist. Durch einige Bars in der Nähe und der Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster kann man Nachts bei einer Hitzewelle kaum die Fenster öffnen. Zweites Manko ist die Küchenausstattung: diese ist, vor allem was geeignete Töpfe zum Kochen angeht zu knapp bemessen, auch ist nicht von jedem Geschirr für sechs Personen genügend da. Sehr gut sind dagegen die elektrischen Geräte in der Küche. Für den Check-in wurden rechtzeitig alle Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt, wir hatten keine Probleme damit. Bei der Wohnungsübernahme war alles sehr sauber, Handtücher waren in ausreichender Anzahl da und die Betten bezogen. Im Stich gelassen wurde man allerdings beim Thema Müll: es wäre sehr hilfreich, vom Anbieter - zumindest nach Anfrage - brauchbare Infos zur in Bellinzona vorgeschriebenen Mülltrennung zu erhalten. Natürlich konnte das Problem durch das Herunterladen einer Recycling-App gelöst werden, dies sollte aber eigentlich nicht Aufgabe des Mieters sein.

Très bon emplacement

Grand appartement propre avec lits confortables. Situé à côté de la gare mais pas de bruit de trains. Les chambres donnent sur une rue relativement calme. Unique chose à redire sur l'appartement : ça résonne beaucoup car peu de meubles dans un grand espace
